(Carlo Tomaso GIORGI, Firenze 1856 – 1953, inventor, acoustician and flute player.
The “Flauto Giorgi”, announced in 1896, 11 holed keyless and held vertically, was
made in England by Wallis, to which firm he sold the British patent rights.)
